About the role
- Engineering Co-ops may be involved in projects in the following areas: Process Improvement ; Test Method Validation ; Production ; Continuous Improvement ; Process Technology ; Manufacturing Transfer ; Supplier ; Sustaining; Engineering Test Lab; Sustaining Materials; Quality Engineering ; Quality Data Analytics; Research and Development
- Utilize engineering knowledge to produce project deliverables / documents
- Adhere to the Quality Management System (QMS) and its processes to meet FDA 21 CFR 820, ISO 13485, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Must maintain all training requirements for the position, while seeking out opportunities for continuous development and growth
- Must work and interact effectively and professionally with and for others throughout various levels of the global organization
- Must strictly adhere to safety requirements
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
- Must maintain company quality and quantity standards
- Must have effective communication skills and ability to work in collaborative and independent work situations and environments with minimal supervision
- Ability to remain calm and receptive in fast paced situations
Requirements
- College/University student entering Sophomore, Junior or Senior year the following Fall Semester or Graduate student enrolled in Engineering.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 is preferred.
- All candidates must provide proof of enrollment in an accredited college or university
