Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide administrative support to the department, contributing to the organization, control and execution of processes related to contracts, payments and legal obligations.
- Draft and organize contracts.
- Manage payments related to contracts, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Enter and update records in the RM internal system.
- Track expiration dates for licenses, permits and other legal obligations.
- Support the planning and scheduling of team payments in coordination with the Planning Analyst.
- Organize and maintain administrative files and documents up to date.
- Assist the team with general administrative routines for the department.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Education: High school diploma or pursuing a higher education degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Preferred: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
