About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work on planning and monitoring processes for new business and product development, ensuring schedule management, control of deliverables, and alignment among involved areas, contributing to project efficiency and advancement.
Prepare and update plans for new business initiatives and product development;
Structure and manage project schedules, ensuring that established milestones are met;
Conduct weekly follow-ups of activities with the team, identifying risks, deviations, and improvement opportunities;
Monitor the status of deliverables, ensuring alignment with defined deadlines and objectives;
Propose corrective actions and improvements in project planning and monitoring processes;
Consolidate and analyze strategic information to support decision-making;
Develop and maintain management dashboards and executive monitoring reports;
Act as the focal point for tracking requests and alignment among project stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technologist degree in Civil Construction.
MS Project or similar tools;
Power BI;
Advanced Excel.
