Sales Administrative Assistant

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide support for commercial and administrative routines, ensuring speed, organization, and reliability in sales processes.
- Attend to clients and brokers, manage documents and payments.
- Receive and verify sales proposals.
- Perform client credit analysis.
- Issue purchase and sale contracts.
- Record, monitor, and control approvals and payment deliveries for the commercial department.
- Send payment slips (boletos) to clients.
- Support administrative and operational processes of the sales service department.
- Provide assistance and support for brokers' and clients' requests.
- Organize documents and maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business Management, or related fields (in progress or completed).
- Experience with administrative and financial routines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Knowledge of credit analysis and contract issuance is a plus.
- Previous experience in commercial routines or customer service.
