About the role
- Control of the client's budget and authorizations (POs, etc.)
- Management of media packages and negotiations
- Monitoring account balances
- Management of information required for billing/invoicing
- Various financial controls according to the client's needs
- Monitoring the financial process between the agency and the client
- Act as an interface between operational areas (Billing/Treasury/Operations/Account Management/Media/Production) and the client
- Control of client budget vs. actuals
- Enter financial information into internal systems and the client's system.
Requirements
- Knowledge of agency control tools: VBS, Ad Solutions, etc.
- Experience with digital agencies
- Experience with digital media control processes
- Dynamic, results-oriented, highly organized, and extremely responsible
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Culture of information sharing and continuous learning
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Commitment and responsibility
- Agility and organization in task execution
- Ability to incorporate feedback and promote knowledge and information sharing
