- Carry strategic perspective through the full product lifecycle, ensuring performance in the real world.
- Run accounts independently, leading cross-functional teams with clear direction.
- Be hands-on in the work, directly working with multidisciplinary project teams.
- Grow the work by spotting where more value can be created.
- Help build Eidra in Chicago by being visible in the community and building relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years in digital product strategy, consulting, or senior product leadership.
- Agency/consulting background strongly preferred.
- Track record of shaping, shipping, and evolving complex digital products.
- Experience independently leading accounts, driving account growth, proposals, and pitches.
- Comfortable owning senior stakeholder relationships independently.
- Hands-on, craft-oriented, and pragmatic.
- Passionate about applying modern technologies, including AI.
