- Conversica is transforming the way businesses connect with their customers through AI-powered engagement solutions — and we’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM), Enterprise to play a key role in that mission, ensuring measurable ROI and long-term success with Conversica.
- You’ll partner with executives, lead strategic conversations, and manage renewals and expansions that drive growth for both our customers and Conversica; collaborate across Sales, Product, and leadership to deliver an exceptional customer experience and strengthen lasting partnerships.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar post-sales roles in SaaS.
- Proven success managing large, complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills and track record with renewals and expansions.
- Executive presence and excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Looker, and Google Workspace; SaaS adoption expertise a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Willingness to travel periodically based on customer and business needs.
