About the role
- Process semi-monthly payroll in ADP and support 401(k) funding.
- Review and process vendor invoices, set up and maintain vendor records, and schedule payments (ACH, wire, check).
- Handle employee expense reports and support compliance reviews.
- Assist with billing, reconciliations, and commission processing.
- Provide support during audits (401k, financial, compliance).
- Help streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency as the company scales.
- Collaborate with Finance leadership and the HR Director; provide operations support for payroll and AP.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of payroll, accounting, or finance operations experience.
- Familiarity with ADP (or similar payroll systems) and AP tools like Stampli.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Organized, detail-focused, and able to spot discrepancies quickly.
- Strong communication skills to work with employees, vendors, and auditors.
- Able to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Committed to maintaining confidentiality with sensitive payroll and financial data.
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Available to work 20–25 hours per week (part-time).
