Accounts Payable

• Process semi-monthly payroll in ADP and support 401(k) funding.
• Review and process vendor invoices, set up and maintain vendor records, and schedule payments (ACH, wire, check).
• Handle employee expense reports and support compliance reviews.
• Assist with billing, reconciliations, and commission processing.
• Provide support during audits (401k, financial, compliance).
• Help streamline processes to improve accuracy and efficiency as the company scales.
• Collaborate with Finance leadership and the HR Director; provide operations support for payroll and AP.
