About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and directly manage a team of Enterprise Program Managers responsible for delivering results across large, complex global and enterprise accounts
- Provide strategic direction, governance, coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent execution, customer satisfaction, financial performance, and account growth
- Partner with regional and executive leadership to scale programs effectively, resolve escalations, and continuously improve delivery maturity across the enterprise portfolio
- Drive operational excellence by exceeding customer expectations in the execution of projects, initiatives and services
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key enterprise customers, partnering with assigned Program Managers to strengthen trust and long-term alignment
- Oversee portfolio-level financial performance, including margin, revenue growth, risk management, and forecasting
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and maturity of enterprise program delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field, Master’s degree desirable
- Minimum 7 years of operations, sales and/or project management experience
- 3-5 years’ experience managing large/strategic/global programs
- Proven performance in operational excellence with complex customers, maintaining customer satisfaction and profitability
- Professional experience in one or more of the following industries preferred: electronic security, fire alarm & life safety or building automation
- Previous leadership experience required
