About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist with monitoring and coordinating operational requirements of global/strategic customer engagements for specific accounts
  • Communicate and enforce adherence to specific customer standards and industry best practices
  • Monitor all open work orders working with local Convergint offices for updates and resolutions
  • Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions
  • Generate and/or review invoices for service and installation and submit them in a timely manner to the customer
  • Monitor profitability for work orders and Customer Service Program as it relates to assigned accounts
  • Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly financial and/or performance reports
  • Assist Program Manager in preparing information for Quarterly Business Reviews
  • Attend weekly status meetings/calls
  • Assist Program Manager/Account Executive with CSP renewals;
  • Generate new and innovative solutions to complex problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
  • Minimum 4 years operations, field service or project management
  • Diploma and/or certificate in Business Administration or related office experience
  • Exceptional telephone and personal customer service skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Strong financial knowledge and skills—ability to understand financials such as accounts receivable/payable, purchase orders, profitability, etc.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and direction in a dynamic work environment
  • Project and service financial competencies
  • Experience with contract administration
  • Strong work ethic with personal motivation
