About the role
- Managing, coordinating, and communicating activities of the SES Purchasing Team.
- Providing work direction and training to Purchasing Agents.
- Maintaining strong partnerships with all Colleagues, Customers and Vendors.
- Ensuring priority order requests are completed by Purchasing Agents.
- Obtaining quotes and negotiating costs with vendors.
- Reconcile and process purchasing and receiving documents for payment approval to A/P.
- Supervising Purchasing Agents and assisting in order entry as needed.
- Providing continuous training and support to Purchasing Agents.
