About the role

  • Lead and execute digital design initiatives, including UX/UI design for web, landing pages, and digital campaigns
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma as part of a collaborative design and review process
  • Design and produce high-quality visual assets for integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and video platforms
  • Create motion graphics, video graphics, and explainer videos using Adobe After Effects
  • Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure brand consistency across digital and print materials
  • Execute iterative production design efficiently while maintaining high creative and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, and cross-functional teams throughout concept development, review, and execution
  • Participate in and potentially lead design critiques, providing constructive feedback and guidance to other designers
  • Prepare print-ready files and manage communication with print vendors to ensure quality, accuracy, and consistency
  • Balance multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional, on-the-job experience as a graphic or digital designer
  • Strong emphasis on digital design with demonstrated UX/UI experience
  • Expert proficiency with the Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects
  • Professional experience creating motion graphics and animated content using Adobe After Effects
  • Advanced working knowledge of Figma for UX/UI design, prototyping, collaboration, and design reviews
  • Solid understanding of the design-to-print process, including file preparation, color management, and vendor coordination
  • Strong foundation in typography, layout, color theory, accessibility, and visual hierarchy
  • Background in marketing, branding, or campaign-driven creative environments.
  • Familiarity with video editing workflows and storytelling for digital platforms
  • Experience creating cohesive campaigns and scalable design systems across multiple channels.
  • Highly collaborative communicator with a user‑centered, systems‑oriented design approach.
  • Imaginative, curious, and creatively driven, with the ability to bring fresh ideas to life.
  • Flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
  • Organized, self‑motivated, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with 3D animation or modeling tools such as Blender or Maya (Preferred).
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior designers (Preferred)
