About the role
- Review projects for margin performance, cost issues, required billings, and accounts receivable (A/R) status.
- Document project status and action items in Smartsheet to ensure visibility and timely follow-up by appropriate teams.
- Participate in and lead monthly project (WIP) meetings with the CTC offices.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Procurement, Sales, or Project Management to resolve project issues.
- Make financial adjustments and perform project close out activities within the financial system.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Requirements
- College degree, trade school or equivalent experience
- 2-3 years project cost experience
