About the role
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruiting for Hyperscale Datacenter Project Roles
- Build Scalable Talent Pipelines for High-Volume, Rapid Hiring
- Partner with External Recruiting Ecosystem (RPO, Agencies, Contract Recruiters)
- Execute Advanced Sourcing for Hard-to-Find Talent
- Drive Selection, Assessment & Hiring Logistics
- Ensure Recruiting Compliance
- Brand & Community Engagement
Requirements
- Proven success recruiting frontline technicians, tradespeople, or construction workforce at a high volume with quality.
- Experience recruiting for superintendents and PM’s a plus.
- Ability to staff remote locations, handle high req volumes, and pivot rapidly.
- Exceptional organization and prioritization skills under time constraints.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Confidentiality and discretion.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, ATS tools, and sourcing platforms.
- Experience with RPO or high-volume agency coordination.
- Prior work in construction, security integration, MEP, or datacenter environments.
- Understanding of workforce planning principles.
- PHR or equivalent certification is a plus.
