• Support project coordination. Help track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across multiple projects.
• Facilitate communication. Keep team members and partners informed by updating project trackers, scheduling meetings, and taking notes.
• Assist with onboarding new FROs. Help set up tools, templates, and systems for each new team.
• Learn our processes. Understand how FROs are launched and help refine the playbook for future projects.
• Pitch in on internal operations. Support internal initiatives, events, and administrative tasks as needed.
• Participate in team meetings. Join quarterly in-person offsites and occasional travel to meet new teams and learn firsthand how projects operate.
