About the role
- Own companywide financial strategy, multi-year operating plan, and scenario modeling
- Lead annual budgeting and forecasting across all departments
- Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close process
- Ensure GAAP compliance and financial statement accuracy
- Prepare Board Decks and Investor reporting packages
- Develop a high ownership, execution first finance culture
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in finance leadership roles
- Prior experience in SaaS, FinTech, InsurTech, or regulated financial services
- Experience in FP&A, Accounting, Capital planning, Audit & Compliance, Revenue recognition
- Must be: Highly hands on, Builder minded, Data driven, Executive presence with Board and Investors
- Bachelor's degree.
