• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital underwriting strategy that aligns with company goals and supports our expansion efforts, especially in the areas of automation, data analytics, and AI-driven underwriting.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives that streamline underwriting processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. This includes implementing digital platforms, improving data collection, and ensuring robust risk assessment capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with cross -functional teams including claims, product, distribution and technology to ensure seamless integration of digital underwriting solutions across the organization.
• Work closely with Head of Product to ensure compliance and digital underwriting processes adhere to regulatory standards and risk management protocols.

VP of Digital Underwriting

Claims Specialist

• Actively manage and supervise a portfolio of predominantly primary first party and third-party cyber claims
• Analyze insurance coverage issues and draft coverage letters and other correspondence
• Confidently navigate in both primary and excess insurance claim environments
• Collaborate with customers and brokers to achieve the most advantageous claim resolution
• Work quickly with external counsel and specialized vendors to assist customers in responding to cyber incidents
• Provide high level analysis of claims portfolio results to the business and identify and analyze claim trends

Senior Cyber Claims Specialist – Cyber Insurance MGA

Accountant

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate variances
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Support audits (financial, internal, regulatory) and respond to auditor inquiries
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory requirements
• Review and maintain general ledger accuracy

Cyber Claims Specialist – Cyber Insurance MGA

Business Development Rep

• The Business Development Manager will work with the Head of Distribution and Underwriting team to develop regional business plans that drive growth, optimize our products and programs, generate new opportunities, and retain renewals.
• The Business Development Manager will conduct planned brokerage visits within an assigned territory to develop new accounts, service existing accounts, review broker performance and improve the broker relationship with Converge.
• The Business Development Manager supports the Head of Distribution and Underwriting team by reinforcing Converge’s product appetite, coverage options, pricing, claims handling, and security service capabilities.
• Responsible for brokers’ satisfaction with Converge products/capabilities and connecting brokerage contacts to the appropriate Converge resources including underwriting, claims, and security services.
• The Business Development Manager will monitor performance and identify trends, partner alignment, and provide guidance to brokers as part of their periodic reviews.
• The Business Development Manager supports the Head of Distribution and Director of Cyber Risk Solutions on the success of the partnered insurance program initiatives, from lead generation to Go-to-Market strategy.

Business Development Manager

Machine Learning Engineer

• Transform specs into efficient, production ready python code as part of an agile 3 week sprint development process
• Explore new data-sources and their applicability to the Converge platform
• Extract and create data to productionize theoretical models and analytics components
• Research and build predictive models for the probability of cyber attack, and other data driven applications in the platform
• Analyze data and derive insights
• Continuously maintain, test and improve models and provide concise reporting of results
• Create and orchestrate microservices via Airflow and Docker containers
• Continuously test and deploy microservices via CI / CD
• Refactor, unit-test, and maintain Python codebase

• Lead the end-to-end management of the data platform, from ingestion to modeling and analytics delivery

• Partner with engineering, risk, and operations teams to define data models that align with business needs
• Implement and oversee data governance, lineage, and compliance standards (GDPR, SOC2, insurance regulations)
