Key responsibilities & impact
  • Your mission: As an Onboarding Manager, you are the primary point of contact for our customers during the implementation of our loyalty platform.
  • You guide customers from contract signing to a successful go-live and ensure that requirements are translated into successful, scalable, and product-aligned solutions.
  • You actively lead customers to best practices, translate requirements into actionable solutions, and create the foundation for long-term customer success.
  • Proactive monitoring of project progress, quality, budget, and dependencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, onboarding, or implementing SaaS, software, or platform solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with business and IT teams in B2B or enterprise environments.
  • Understanding of system landscapes around CRM, Marketing Automation, E‑Commerce, POS, ERP, DWH, BI, or data integration.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical or product-aligned solution approaches.
