About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- As a Senior Sales Engineer, you are the technical and subject-matter sparring partner for our enterprise customers throughout the entire sales process
- You convince enterprise customers of our platform together with the Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
- You understand the business challenges of our prospects
- Conduct discovery workshops to analyze business requirements, pain points, and success metrics
- Develop tailored solution approaches and business cases for enterprise customers
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations for diverse stakeholders — from marketing teams to C-level decision-makers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years' experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Presales Consultant, or in a comparable role within the enterprise SaaS environment
- Experience with complex B2B sales processes involving multiple decision-makers
- Understanding of SaaS, APIs, integrations, and platform architectures
- Experience with technical discovery processes and solution design
- Experience supporting RFPs and enterprise evaluations
