About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Storytelling & Content: Develop a clear narrative for our brand and create content for the website, presentations, LinkedIn, and campaigns
  • Inbound & Website: Optimize our website (convercus.com) and build high-converting landing pages, funnels, and lead magnets
  • LinkedIn & Visibility: Advance our LinkedIn strategy (company and management visibility) and grow organic reach in the B2B space
  • SEO/GEO: Further develop our content and SEO strategy, including data-driven optimization
  • Campaigns, Events & Partnerships: Plan and manage campaigns, execute co-marketing activities, and ensure successful planning and delivery of events and webinars
  • Marketing Operations: Manage freelancers and agencies, ensuring quality and consistency
  • AI in Marketing: Use AI to scale content, processes, and research, and to build efficient workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–6 years' experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS/tech
  • Strong experience in inbound marketing and lead generation
  • LinkedIn marketing
  • Content and storytelling
  • Good knowledge of SEO and website optimization
  • Experience with CMS platforms (ideally Webflow)
  • Experience managing external service providers
  • Analytical understanding (KPIs, conversion, tracking)
  • Experience with tools such as Canva, Pipedrive, Zapier, Plausible, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar
  • German native-level proficiency & business-fluent English
