About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of international benefits programs
  • Support the strategic design and implementation of benefits, retirement, and wellbeing initiatives
  • Support compensation processes and projects, including market benchmarking, pay range analysis, annual compensation planning, and preparation of reward-decision materials
  • Manage global leave of absence programs and ensure compliance, accuracy, and clear stakeholder communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with vendors, brokers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Lead project plans and timelines for innovative program implementations and plan design enhancements
  • Evaluate program utilization, identify trends, and recommend improvements
  • Analyze compensation and benefits data to assess market competitiveness and internal equity
  • Develop and deliver organization-wide communications about program updates and changes
  • Manage benefits invoicing and payment processes
  • Drive employee awareness, understanding, and engagement with benefits programs
  • Partner with Finance, Tax, and Audit teams on forecasting, budgeting, reconciliations, and audit readiness

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 4 years of in-depth experience in benefits and retirement plan management, ideally within a multinational organization or consulting firm
  • Previous experience managing outsourced vendors
  • At least 3 years of experience with benefit renewals and analysis
  • Skilled in negotiation and maintaining constructive relationships with works councils and unions
  • At least 3 years’ experience in in-depth analytical skills and project management
  • Experience supporting compensation programs, including salary benchmarking, pay analysis, compensation cycle administration, or broader Total Rewards initiatives
  • At least 2 years of EMEA benefit plan laws and regulations
  • At least 2 years of management administration leave in EMEA
  • Proficiency with Dayforce; Darwin experience is a plus
  • Experience with due diligence and integration during mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures
  • Strong work ethic and ability to manage diverse responsibilities independently
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, analytical, and project management abilities
  • Ability to interpret compensation, benefits, and workforce data and translate insights into clear recommendations
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
