About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and maintain the Revenue Operations AI roadmap aligned to commercial priorities
  • Identify and prioritize high-value AI use cases across the end-to-end sales process
  • Build business cases and investment recommendations for AI initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging AI technologies, copilots, agents, automation platforms, and productivity tools
  • Analyze sales workflows to identify manual activities, process bottlenecks, and productivity constraints
  • Design initiatives that increase seller selling time and reduce administrative effort
  • Lead programs improving prospecting effectiveness, opportunity progression, pipeline management, forecast quality, CRM data quality, sales manager effectiveness, and seller productivity
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to embed AI into daily workflows and operating rhythms
  • Design and execute pilots, proof-of-concepts, and controlled experiments
  • Establish methodologies for measuring AI effectiveness and business impact
  • Develop playbooks and best practices for scaling successful use cases
  • Build measurement frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to quantify AI initiative value
  • Deliver executive-level insights and recommendations based on quantitative analysis
  • Partner with Sales, Revenue Operations, RevTech, Enablement, Product & Technology, and Data teams
  • Translate business challenges into operational and technology requirements
  • Influence priorities and investment decisions through data-driven recommendations
  • Facilitate alignment among senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
  • Drive organizational adoption of AI-enabled ways of working
  • Establish AI governance frameworks and ensure alignment with policies, controls, and technology standards
  • Support enablement and communication programs that accelerate adoption

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or Analytics
  • Experience leading large-scale operational improvement or technology transformation initiatives
  • Experience evaluating, implementing, or supporting AI, automation, or advanced analytics solutions
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, forecasting, pipeline management, CRM optimization, and seller productivity
  • Advanced Salesforce CRM knowledge
  • Strong analytical and modelling capabilities using Excel and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience with AI platforms, copilots, agents, workflow automation, or related technologies
  • Ability to develop quantitative business cases and value realization frameworks
  • Strong business and commercial acumen
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Highly effective communication with senior executives
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments
  • Strong project leadership and change management capabilities
