About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintaining the Third-Party Risk Management framework according to local regulations and contractual frameworks
- Maintaining the outsourcing register and ensuring completeness, accuracy, and regulatory alignment
- Compiling Key Performance Indictors (KPI) reports designed for the oversight of Third-Party Service Providers
- Analyzing KPI deviations and initiating sustainable remediation
- Coordinating comprehensive third-party risk assessments and regulatory notifications of outsourcing
- Identifying potential weaknesses in oversight processes and recommending improvements
- Maintaining underlying policies, procedures and methodologies
- Collaborating with business units to implement an effective KPI reporting process
- Acting as subject matter expert for the Third-Party Risk Management framework within cross functional forums, in support of audits reviews or regulatory assessments
- Collaborating on Operational Resilience and ICT Risk management matters
Requirements
What you’ll need- Strong, demonstrable experience in Third-Party Risk Management and Outsourcing frameworks, preferably within financial services
- Solid understanding of EBA Guidelines on Outsourcing Arrangements and related regulatory expectations
- Experience in outsourcing lifecycle management, including onboarding, monitoring, and exit planning
- A proactive mindset and a can-do attitude
- Demonstrable ability to be a team player, communicate effectively and work collaboratively across a diverse global risk team whilst helping to reinforce a strong risk culture
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable in communicating risk matters with a broad range of internal stakeholders (including senior management) and regulators
- Will be considered as advantages: knowledge of specific outsourcing regulations, experience with ICT services or payment services providers
