Key responsibilities & impact

Manually prepare, populate, and file SAR and/or STR forms based on investigation outputs and established templates
Ensure all regulatory reports are completed accurately, consistently, and within required deadlines
Perform data entry and validation across multiple compliance systems and regulatory portals
Follow documented procedures and escalation paths; flag data gaps or inconsistencies for review
Collaborate with investigators and senior team members to clarify information needed for filings

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
1–2 years of experience in compliance operations, financial services, or high‐volume data entry roles
High proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Ability to manage repetitive, detail‐oriented tasks with a high degree of accuracy
Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
Experience working in a financial institution or FinTech environment (preferred)
Familiarity with FinCEN, FINTRAC, or similar regulatory bodies (preferred)
