About the role
- Support the area's operational routines, such as partner registration, offer updates, and organizing campaigns on the platform.
- Act as the operational point of contact between the Kaledo product and partners, assisting with inquiries, support tickets, or minor platform issues.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, redemptions, tickets) and support the identification of potential improvements.
- Use the internal platform to securely assist partners and internal teams.
- Work in partnership with Technology and Customer Success teams, collaborating to improve the user experience.
- Keep content, materials, and information up to date, standardized, and aligned with product guidelines.
Requirements
- Enrolled in a higher education program, with expected graduation between June 2027 and December 2030.
- Intermediate knowledge of Google Sheets.
- Nice to have: prior experience with benefits platforms or companies in the HRTech sector.
- Teamwork: collaborate to support teamwork and maintain a positive team environment.
- Communication and writing skills: excellent verbal and written communication, with a focus on clear, precise, and persuasive drafting of rules and offer texts.
- Proactivity: act without waiting for step-by-step instructions and maintain work pace without constant supervision.
- Problem-solving: ability to effectively identify and report issues, finding agile, creative, and practical solutions.
- Productivity: deliver volume and quality within expected timeframes, maintain a steady work pace, and respect defined priorities.
