About the role

  • Azeus Systems Limited is hiring an Account Manager for Convene, a board meeting and collaboration SaaS.
  • Manage approximately 20+ government accounts within KSA.
  • Report to the regional manager and the head of global customer success.
  • Proactively engage clients, guide software best practices, and generate upsells.
  • Conduct onboarding, renewals, training (Admin, Secretary, Board Member) and refresher sessions.
  • Drive change management, handle upgrades and customization requests, and mitigate termination risks.
  • Maintain accurate CRM/PD records and coordinate with Support, Finance, Deployment, Legal.
  • Schedule high-level feedback meetings and ensure clients complete Convene Subscription agreements.

Requirements

  • Background in SaaS or IT solutions.
  • 3 to 6 years of account management/sales experience preferred.
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English.
  • Based in KSA or willing to relocate within the assigned region.
