About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Defining and executing global operations’ digital transformation strategy
Lead deployment of AI-driven solutions across manufacturing network
Lead deployment of MVDA solutions across manufacturing network
Drive improvements in quality, efficiency, and compliance
Lead global cross-functional programs and stakeholders
Develop scalable digital platforms and architectures
Ensure regulatory compliance (FDA, ISO, etc.) across all implementations
Drive standardization of manufacturing processes and best practices across global sites

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of relevant experience and/or education in engineering or digital transformation
AI / Machine Learning (MVDA) in manufacturing
Advanced analytics and process control
Digital manufacturing and edge platforms
Quality systems and regulatory knowledge
Lean / Six Sigma or equivalent operational excellence experience
Global program leadership
Cross-functional stakeholder alignment
Enterprise-scale change management
Demonstrated ability to analyse and interpret complex problems, incorporating data gathered from a variety of sources
High level of personal and professional integrity and trustworthiness with strong work ethic and the ability to work independently with minimal direction
Operates at enterprise/global level
Balances technical depth with business impact
Drives standardization and operational discipline across sites
Focuses on scalable platforms vs. point solutions
Ensures regulatory readiness in all initiatives
