  • Partner with senior leaders to shape Digital & AI demand aligned to business strategy
  • Own portfolio roadmaps, business cases, and SteerCo‑level governance
  • Translate complex needs into clear, value‑focused technology initiatives
  • Oversee delivery, risk, and benefit realisation across global programmes
  • Act as a trusted advisor on emerging Digital & AI capabilities

Requirements

  • Senior Digital / Technology leader with 10+ years’ experience
  • Strong stakeholder influence and executive presence
  • Proven track record delivering global transformation and measurable value
  • Experience in regulated environments (MedTech / Pharma preferred)
  • Broad exposure to enterprise platforms (e.g. SAP, QMS, CRM, MES)
