About the role
- Support global engagement and communication with regional marketing teams, ensuring timely information flow and alignment on global initiatives.
- Coordinate planning, logistics, and execution of international congresses, including agency collaboration, timelines, and material readiness.
- Maintain and manage global marketing calendars, including congresses, regional meetings, and key communication milestones.
- Support development, review, and deployment of global marketing materials in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external agencies.
- Coordinate internal review processes (Medical, Legal, Regulatory) and track approvals to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Maintain global marketing SharePoint sites and ensure information is current and accessible to regional teams.
- Support internal communications such as newsletters, intranet updates, webinars, and global marketing meetings.
- Manage vendor coordination, purchase orders, and budget tracking in line with global marketing requirements.
- Support congress-related reporting, insights collection, and post-event evaluation.
Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination, preferably within a global or matrix organization.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience supporting events, congresses, or large-scale meetings.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with cross-functional and regional stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to work to tight timelines in a regulated environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and collaboration platforms (e.g., SharePoint, Teams).
