Customer Advisor (Internal Sales) – Property & Casualty, Commercial & Industrial Insurance
Contrust VersicherungsmaklerCustomer Advisor for commercial and industrial insurance at Contrust, handling relationships with mid-sized clients and conducting renewal negotiations.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across all property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
- Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
- Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tenders, including policy/terms comparisons
- Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (executive management)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 3 years' experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
- Solid expertise in at least one P&C line, such as industrial fire, commercial and product liability, etc.
- Completed vocational training as an insurance specialist or insurance business administrator, or alternatively a relevant university degree
- Enthusiastic about actively shaping Contrust's future beyond client servicing and committed to personal and professional development
