Customer Service Advisor (Internal) – Commercial & Industrial Insurance
Contrust VersicherungsmaklerCustomer Consultant handling commercial and industrial insurance for assigned clients at Contrust. Focusing on client relationships and conducting negotiations with insurers from a hybrid work setting.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies from approximately 50 employees) across all non-life lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
- Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
- Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including comparisons of policy terms and conditions
- Prepare for and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales (executive management)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years’ experience at an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable position
- Strong knowledge in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire, commercial/general liability, product liability, etc.
- Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt) or a relevant degree
- Motivation to actively help shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and to pursue personal development
