Customer Consultant (Internal Sales) – P&C, Commercial & Industrial Insurance
Contrust VersicherungsmaklerCustomer Consultant advising a portfolio of industrial clients in all insurance areas at Contrust. Focus on customer relationships and negotiations with insurers for better coverage deals.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across all property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
- Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
- Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tenders, including policy/terms comparisons
- Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with external sales (management)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of 3 years' experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge in at least one P&C line, for example industrial fire, commercial/general liability, product liability, etc.
- Completed vocational training as an insurance clerk/insurance specialist, or alternatively a relevant degree
- Enthusiasm for actively helping shape Contrust's future beyond client servicing and for continuous personal and professional development
