About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) across all composite lines (excluding motor, life and health)
  • Maintain and develop client relationships and act as the primary contact for all client inquiries
  • Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including comparisons of policy terms and conditions
  • Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales/management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience at an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
  • Solid expertise in at least one composite line such as industrial fire insurance, commercial and product liability, etc.
  • Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen) or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt); alternatively, a relevant university degree
  • Enthusiasm for actively shaping the future of Contrust beyond day-to-day client service and for continuous personal development
