About the role
- Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients across all non-life (P&C) product lines
- Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
- Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tender processes, including comparisons of terms and conditions
- Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the external sales team
Requirements
- At least 3 years' experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire, business and product liability, etc.
- Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen) or as an insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or a relevant degree
- Enthusiasm for actively helping to shape Contrust's future beyond client servicing and for personal development
