About the role
- Independently advise an assigned portfolio of commercial and industrial clients (companies of approx. 50+ employees) across all non-life/composite lines (excluding motor, life and health)
- Maintain customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries
- Conduct renewal negotiations with insurers and manage tenders, including policy wording and terms comparisons
- Prepare and, when required, participate in annual review meetings together with the external sales team (management)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' experience at an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge in at least one non-life line such as industrial fire, commercial/general liability and product liability
- Completed training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or a relevant university degree
- Motivation to actively help shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and to pursue personal development
