About the role
- Independently manage our commercial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) in the P&C lines (excluding motor, life, and health)
- Provide daily professional advice to our corporate clients on technical and specialist matters
- Negotiate renewals, tenders and policy terms comparisons
- Prepare and, if required, participate in annual review meetings together with field sales
- Actively contribute to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., driving digitalization or optimizing internal processes
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience at an insurance broker or insurer in the commercial or industrial insurance sector in a comparable role
- Strong knowledge in at least one P&C line such as fire/industrial risks, business and product liability, etc.
- Completed training as an insurance clerk (Kaufmann/Kauffrau für Versicherungen) or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or alternatively a relevant degree
- Enjoys helping to actively shape Contrust’s future beyond client servicing and is motivated for personal development
