About the role
- Independently manage our commercial clients (companies with approx. 50+ employees) in the property & casualty (P&C) lines (excluding motor, life and health)
- Provide daily professional advice to our corporate clients on technical and specialist matters
- Negotiate renewals, tenders (RFPs) and policy/coverage comparisons
- Prepare for and, where necessary, attend annual review meetings together with the field sales team
- Actively contribute to shaping the company within our OKR methodology — e.g., in digitalization projects or optimizing internal processes
Requirements
- At least several years of experience with an insurance broker or insurer in commercial or industrial insurance
- Strong expertise in at least one P&C line such as industrial fire, commercial/general liability, product liability, etc.
- Completed training as an insurance clerk or insurance specialist (Versicherungsfachwirt), or a relevant degree
- Enjoyment in actively shaping Contrust's future beyond client servicing and a desire for personal development
