About the role

  • Research and identify target accounts within capital-intensive industries (construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, etc.)
  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book meetings
  • Qualify inbound marketing leads
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
  • Develop messaging tailored to industry pain points and buyer personas
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on campaigns and account strategies
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional experience (sales, recruiting, customer service, or similar preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
  • Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
  • Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
