About the role
- Research and identify target accounts within capital-intensive industries (construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, etc.)
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book meetings
- Qualify inbound marketing leads
- Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce
- Develop messaging tailored to industry pain points and buyer personas
- Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on campaigns and account strategies
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets
Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience (sales, recruiting, customer service, or similar preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
- Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
