💰 $135,000 - $165,000 per year
About the role
- Own and run the full monthly, quarterly, and annual close process from start to finish
- Oversee general ledger, revenue recognition (ASC 606), payroll, AP/AR, accruals, and reconciliations
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, variance analyses, and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and PE reporting requirements
- Manage and optimize accounting processes within NetSuite, including system improvements and automation
- Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, and tax advisors
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (as applicable)
- Support international accounting operations, including multi-entity, multi-currency environments (if applicable)
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA strongly preferred)
- 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally within a SaaS software company
- Strong understanding of SaaS metrics and revenue recognition under ASC 606
- Proven experience owning the entire close process end to end
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
