Apply Contruent’s implementation methodology to ensure consistency in the customer experience and expedite the time it takes for our customers to realize value from our solutions.
In collaboration with peers, contribute to its continuous improvement and evolution.
Develop and manage project plans, project resource assignments, project budgets, project scheduling, project scope prioritization and project change control necessary to successfully deliver the contracted Contruent products and services.
Manage all project communications, both internally and with the customer.
This includes conducting regular status checkpoints, coordinating meetings, providing timely updates, tracking milestones and outstanding tasks, and providing visibility to project risks, dependencies, and potential delays.
Collaborate with internal Contruent teams to deliver platform configurations, integrate systems, enhance features, and track progress towards timely completion of deliverables.
Work closely with the Customer Success, Technical Support and Account Management teams to share knowledge and ensure a smooth transition into go-live and ongoing adoption.
Build strong relationships with our enterprise customers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout implementation.
Contribute to the creation of service delivery estimates, project schedules, configuration/implementation approaches, migrations, and customer deliverables.
Manage all aspects of customer implementations to ensure timely, on-budget and high-quality services that meet customer requirements and accelerate time to value realization.
Provide strong project management capability to develop and implement robust tools and reports to internally manage and externally communicate implementation progress, risks, and issues.
Maintain control of project schedules, performance tracking against (financial milestones using earned value), budget and risks, managing risk areas to ensure targets are achieved.
Monitor Scheduled-vs-Actual billable time variances, review project team time entry submissions for accuracy, and approve billable hours and completed milestones to enable generation of customer invoicing. (May include review of invoices prior to submission to customer).
Ensure that projects are appropriately staffed with the mix of role levels and skills necessary to ensure successful implementation and high customer satisfaction, while simultaneously achieving organizational business objectives and target metrics.
Support Contruent’s efforts to build and sustain productive relationships with external implementation partners within the region to provide for indirect resource elasticity in meeting customer demand.
Actively communicate cross-functionally within Contruent and with external implementation partners to address escalations and navigate challenging situations with professionalism and tact.
Provide market insights and customer feedback on a continuous basis as an input to Product Management for ongoing product roadmap consideration and prioritization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required
Capital Project Controls domain expertise.
Working knowledge of/experience with Contruent (formerly ARES Prism) solutions desired.
Experience providing Project Management leadership for complex software implementation projects (ideally in a SaaS environment.)
Experience with matrix managing the delivery of services leveraging a mix of both direct (internal) and indirect (external) resources.
Experience managing projects across multiple international time zones.
Experience with agile project management.
Demonstrated ability to implement best practices and contribute to continuous process improvements.
Experience managing the delivery of professional services under a variety of commercial constructs (e.g. T&M, Milestone-based Fixed Fee).
Executive-level communication skills (written & verbal) with the ability to tailor messaging to his/her audience.
Self-starter, flexible, and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing a formal project plan using project plan software (MS Project, Kantata, Smartsheet, Wrike, Financial Force, etc.)
Demonstrates a positive attitude and empathetic approach.
APM, PMI or other Project Management certification.
Working knowledge/hands-on experience with the following technologies a plus: Salesforce - pipeline opportunity management Kantata/Mavenlink - Professional Services Automation Oracle Netsuite - financial reporting/management Microsoft Power BI – Data Visualization tool AWS – Amazon Web Services – Hosting PPM Tools (e.g. Primavera P6, Microsoft Project) ERP Technologies (e.g. SAP)
