About the role

  • Support migration of Foxboro control systems to Rockwell Automation (ControlLogix/PlantPAx) and Emerson DeltaV.
  • Participate in two separate migration projects, potentially at different lifecycle stages.
  • Perform system assessment and migration planning.
  • Develop and modify control logic, HMI/graphics, and system configurations.
  • Support FAT/SAT, commissioning, and startup activities.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve control system issues during migration and cutover.
  • Collaborate with client engineering, validation, and IT teams as required.
  • Provide documentation aligned with project deliverables.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Technical Expertise: Recent Foxboro DCS experience (mandatory); strong understanding of DCS/PLC architectures and industrial control systems.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years working on control system migrations in regulated environments.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
