About the role
- Provide outsourced embedded consulting management integrated into client organisations
- Deliver high-quality Security & Risk Management support to clients across Europe, the Middle East and Africa
- Work on client sites as an embedded consultant, integrating into the client’s organisation and operating from their site
- Match skills and knowledge to client needs via Control Risks’ global database and programmes
- Support clients with security intelligence, practical know-how and management support from the global network of offices
- Be available for assignments through the talent pool and respond to urgent matters when required
Requirements
- Experience in corporate International Security Risk Management
- Military/law enforcement experience, or equivalent academic/commercial experience
- Ability to integrate security into business decisions and subsequent creation/improvement of associated processes
- Working knowledge of physical security technologies, methodology, and force management
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to listen, learn and demonstrate initiative
- Possess an understanding of Strategic, Operational and Tactical aspects of Risk Management
- Experience building and leveraging cross-functional partnerships and elevating security awareness
- Flexibility to respond 24/7 to urgent matters with a bias for decisive action
- Excellent communication (oral and written) in English
- Degree qualification in related field (Security, Risk Management, Criminology, etc.) (desirable)
- Professional fluency (oral and written) in another European Language or Arabic (desirable)
- Experience in leading Security Risk Management for international or multinational companies at a local, regional or global level (desirable)
- Experience conducting sensitive, complex investigations (desirable)
- Experience of working overseas and in multi-national environments (desirable)
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems
- Comfortable shifting priorities and simultaneously engaging on multiple projects
- Desire for continuous learning and broadening skillset
