Execute the day-to-day activities of Workday integrations/Extend support for a variety of customer contracts in roles that may include staff augmentation, ad-hoc support, and project delivery.
Track issues and risks, communicate status and escalate concerns to project management.
Facilitate knowledge transfer and educate clients on developing and operating interfaces to and from a SaaS platform.
Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices.
Evaluate, communicate, and coordinate the technical impacts of integration configuration decisions.
Become a Workday Integrations expert with deep knowledge of core functionality, while building an understanding of Financials, Learning, Compensation, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent modules, as well as future product direction.
Mentor other consultants: actively share product knowledge with others to grow our practice.
Work directly with key business and IT stakeholders to establish requirements, consider design alternatives, facilitate discussions, and ultimately configure, test and deploy integrations solutions.
Requirements
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must have extensive experience in Workday Financial Management
Must have strong expertise in Workday HCM
Experience with ETL tools and middleware solutions
Proficiency in writing XSLT transformations and using Integration Studio
Knowledge of security protocols for data transmission and storage
Nice to have domain experience in Finance & Accounting
Must possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Must have strong communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to have experience in hybrid work environments
Must be detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Must have a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges

Certifications: Workday Certified Integration Professional (Mandatory)
Workday Core Connector Certification (Desirable)
Workday Web Services API Certification (Desirable)
