Work with the broader Data Engineering team to build scalable, enterprise-wide AI solutions
Focus on Microsoft AI platforms (Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, Power Platform) to build solutions and proofs of concept
Fast-paced delivery of low-code/no-code proofs of concept (POCs) to test and resolve business problems
Provide first-line support for users of Copilot Chat and M365 Copilot
Process raw data transformation, feature creation and feature selection
Implement machine learning, AI and Agentic AI models and integrate them into existing systems using Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform
Participate in brainstorming sessions to conceptualize AI solutions addressing business challenges
Support business analysis of processes impacted by AI and data-driven solutions
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and data analytics
Participate in workshops, presentations and demonstrations to showcase AI capabilities and benefits
Requirements
Open to graduates with limited work experience and strong academic performance
Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills; fluency in English
Demonstrable willingness and ability to learn new skills
Demonstrable experience in data analysis, preferably with exposure to AI and machine learning tools
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Python, R or SQL
Familiarity with AI tools and platforms like Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure AI Foundry, and Power Platform
Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills; confidence to build relationships with all levels of stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, or related field with evidence of high academic performance
Demonstrable portfolio of projects that show experience and skill
Certifications in AI, data analysis, or related areas are a plus; Power Platform certification advantageous
Strong learning aptitude, problem solving, innovation & creativity, results orientation, planning and influencing skills
