About the role

  • Control Risks is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager
  • Role will play a key part in building awareness of Control Risks expertise
  • Drive growth for services with key buyers through compelling messaging
  • Generate buyer-focused marketing initiatives to align with global programme priorities
  • Collaborate with the business to develop strategic marketing activities
  • Report to the Marketing Programme Lead for Asia Pacific
  • Work closely with marketing team and SMEs to develop and execute campaigns
  • Enhance brand awareness and generate audience engagement
  • Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting key audiences
  • Track, measure, analyze and refine activities to maximize impact
  • Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on marketing efforts
  • Responsible for content creation with SMEs and ongoing credentialing activity

Requirements

  • 7+ years B2B professional services marketing experience
  • Strong background in end-to-end multi-channel campaign development and execution
  • Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing techniques
  • Marketing copywriting and content editing skills
  • Native or fluent English and Japanese language skills (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of marketing technology and CRM systems
  • Experience working in a matrix environment
  • Background working with a global team or stakeholder group, collaborating effectively cross-culturally and across time zones
  • Strong commercial acumen to drive business growth and profitability
  • Ability to translate client needs into value propositions and commercially successful initiatives
