About the role
- Control Risks is looking for a dynamic, results-driven Marketing Manager
- Role will play a key part in building awareness of Control Risks expertise
- Drive growth for services with key buyers through compelling messaging
- Generate buyer-focused marketing initiatives to align with global programme priorities
- Collaborate with the business to develop strategic marketing activities
- Report to the Marketing Programme Lead for Asia Pacific
- Work closely with marketing team and SMEs to develop and execute campaigns
- Enhance brand awareness and generate audience engagement
- Execute integrated multi-channel campaigns targeting key audiences
- Track, measure, analyze and refine activities to maximize impact
- Provide qualitative and quantitative analysis on marketing efforts
- Responsible for content creation with SMEs and ongoing credentialing activity
Requirements
- 7+ years B2B professional services marketing experience
- Strong background in end-to-end multi-channel campaign development and execution
- Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing techniques
- Marketing copywriting and content editing skills
- Native or fluent English and Japanese language skills (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of marketing technology and CRM systems
- Experience working in a matrix environment
- Background working with a global team or stakeholder group, collaborating effectively cross-culturally and across time zones
- Strong commercial acumen to drive business growth and profitability
- Ability to translate client needs into value propositions and commercially successful initiatives
