About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Convert early-stage site control into financeable, construction-ready assets
- Own title, curative, survey, and site control activities across assigned projects
- Identify and resolve access constraints, crossings, easements, and third-party property rights
- Oversee lease and option administration, ensuring seamless execution
- Provide real-time visibility into real property readiness through clear reporting
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, Engineering, Law, or related field or equivalent practical experience
- 5–10 years of experience in real property, land, or development roles within renewable energy
- Proven experience managing title, survey, access, and site control workstreams
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with Legal, Engineering, Construction, and Finance teams
