- Support the transition from Development to execution of the project
- Ensure the implementation and compliance of Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality on-site
- Coordinate with the PMO, Contract Managers and other relevant support functions
- Monitor General Contractor’s and sub-contractors’ adherence to Health and Safety policy
- Prepare and submit periodic reports
- Ensure timely resolution of issues and deficiencies
- Optimum flexibility in contracting and procurement
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related science and 10 years of experience including operational and management experience in engineering and construction in the solar field.
- Demonstrated leadership ability, technical excellence and management skills and strong planning and budgeting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
- Knowledgeable of project management and scheduling tools such as Microsoft Project.
- Must be able to travel within different sites in Italy on a regular basis and may be required to spend significant time on site if necessary.
