About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop analyses of financial, operational and corporate indicators;
Build, enhance and maintain dashboards, reports and management panels;
Create, validate and monitor indicators (KPIs), ensuring consistency and adherence to business rules;
Structure and monitor metrics such as EBITDA, Working Capital, Opex, Capex, Headcount, Turnover, Attrition and other strategic indicators;
Perform SQL queries for data investigation, validation and analysis;
Identify inconsistencies in databases, investigate root causes and propose analytical solutions;
Partner with business areas to support decision-making through data;
Document queries, indicators, metrics and business rules;
Collaborate with the CRM Analyst to respond to analytical requests;
Identify needs for database evolution and route them to Data Engineering;
Participate in AI initiatives, predictive analyses and analytical modeling to generate insights;
Drive continuous improvements in indicators, dashboards and analytical processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree completed in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science or related fields;
Experience in data analysis applied to Finance, Administrative or Operational areas;
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SQL;
Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Metabase, Looker Studio or similar;
Experience building dashboards, KPIs and management reports;
Analytical profile, critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills;
Good communication skills to collaborate with different areas of the company.
