Junior Customer Service Analyst – Personnel (Payroll)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Respond to customers via chat, clarifying doubts and assisting with the Contmatic system
- Assist customers with requests related to Personnel (Payroll) routines
- Log support interactions in the support platform
- Focus on providing the best customer experience, ensuring quality, speed, and resolution in support
- Monitor area metrics and contribute to meeting the team's goals
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer requests
- Participate in training and stay up to date on Contmatic products and features
Requirements
What you’ll need- Knowledge of Personnel (Payroll) routines
- Basic knowledge of payroll, vacations, terminations, eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, and other statutory/ancillary obligations
- Experience in customer service
- Experience providing support at accounting software companies or accounting firms is a plus
- Experience with the Zendesk platform is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace is a plus
- Customer service or communication certifications are a plus
