About the role

  • Provide customer support via chat, answering questions and resolving issues related to Contmatic Phoenix products
  • Deliver the highest level of support to customers, with a focus on providing extraordinary service
  • Meet and maintain success KPIs related to the support strategy and take actions to achieve individual performance indicators
  • Be proactive in customer relationships by anticipating potential pain points and minimizing impact during crises, exceeding expectations and ensuring reliability
  • Log all customer interactions in the support/ticketing system, keeping accurate and detailed records
  • Participate in trainings and updates about Contmatic Phoenix products and services
  • Work closely with other support team members and internal departments to ensure fast and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Share knowledge and best practices with the team to continuously improve support
  • Maintain basic knowledge of the products and services offered by Contmatic Phoenix

Requirements

  • Basic technical knowledge of labor legislation as applied to Payroll/Personnel Department activities, including calculations, terminations, vacations, eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb and other statutory filings
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Proven experience in customer support
  • Technical degree in Accounting completed or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, HR or related fields in progress
  • Certifications in customer service techniques
  • Public speaking certification
  • Experience with the Zendesk platform
  • Experience providing support in accounting software companies or accounting firms
